About the Class
Join Chef Brian as he teaches you how to make authentic Neapolitan-style pizza using fresh, local ingredients. In this hands-on experience, you’ll learn:
Dough mixing and balling
Stretching and shaping techniques
Baking the perfect pizza
Throughout the class, enjoy a selection of Surf Club snacks, beer, and wine.

Check-in begins at 5:45 PM
Class starts promptly at 6:00 PM
